These terms govern the recruitment services provided by SwiftRecruit to our business clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Fees and Payments

• Success Fee: Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year gross annual salary.

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued on the candidate's start date and are payable within 14 days.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts per UK late payment legislation.

2. Candidate Ownership

If a client hires a candidate introduced by SwiftRecruit within 12 months of the initial introduction, the full success fee remains payable, regardless of any prior knowledge of the candidate.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

If a placement terminates within the first 8 weeks (excluding redundancy), we offer a sliding scale refund or a one-time free replacement, provided all original invoices were paid on time.

4. Liability

While we conduct rigorous screening and right-to-work checks, the final responsibility for hiring decisions and verifying references rests with the Client. SwiftRecruit is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a candidate’s engagement.
